Whether you have breast augmentation or not, the most important thing is loving yourself and taking care of your mind, body, and soul. The key to lifelong self-care is finding what works for you as you go through the various stages of your life.
Here are some suggestions to help you be and look your best.
This Is Only a Test, But It’s An Important One
By now we are all aware of the importance of doing a self breast exam. It’s not the most exciting thing to do, but it could save your life. Actually, many women find lumps in their breasts before their own before doctor does.
Have you heard the phrase “know your normal”? You live with your body everyday, you know what’s normal for you and what isn’t, whereas your doctor sees you only once a year. Learn what is normal for your breasts. What do they feel and look like at different times during the month?
This way, when something changes, you can make an appointment instead of waiting for your yearly doctor’s visit.
Let’s Get Physical
The body really does perform at its best when it is active. The key is finding a way to move your body that you enjoy. A good amount of activity is 30 minutes at least 3 or 4 times a week. If you can elevate your heart rate a bit, that’s even better!
If the gym or sporting activities aren’t your thing, what is? Here are some easy ideas:
– Regular walks with a friend, partner, dog, or just alone with your thoughts.
– Go out dancing with your friends.
– Plant a garden and tend to it, really – It’s great exercise!
Remember Your Brain
Mental exercise is just as important as physical exercise. If you already have hobby, maybe it’s time to change it up a bit. Studies show that doing new activities build new synapses in the brain which helps deter dementia.

Some women love clothes, some don’t, especially if you’re not happy with how your body looks. However, clothes can be your best friend when they fit your correctly for your shape. Clothes can be the best camouflage for what you don’t like and great at accentuating what you do like.
